How Delivery Works

Our delivery policy is simple and straightforward. We charge a flat delivery fee of R75 per order to anywhere in South Africa, with delivery in 3–5 business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is en route and a tracking number is available, we will send this to you along with a link to track your order.

Hand-to-Hand Delivery

Deliveries are effected using hand-to-hand couriers, ensuring your parcel is personally delivered to you.

Fully Insured

Your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse right up until you receive delivery.

South Africa Only

Orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa, covering all 9 provinces.

Delivery Lead Times

3–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery rates shown at checkout may vary based on live courier quotes. The R75 flat rate is our standard pricing — actual rates from our courier partners (The Courier Guy and TFS) are calculated based on your delivery address and parcel dimensions.
